These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Konnect Golf. By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Our Services

Konnect Golf specialises in arranging tailored golf travel experiences throughout Ireland. Services may include, but are not limited to, golf tee times, accommodation, transportation, and additional travel experiences arranged through third-party suppliers.

All itineraries and quotations are tailored to the individual requirements of each client and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Quotations

All quotations provided by Konnect Golf are based on supplier availability, pricing, and conditions at the time of issue.

Quotations do not constitute a confirmed booking and may be subject to change until a booking has been formally confirmed and any required payment has been received.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is not considered confirmed until:

The client has accepted the proposed itinerary and quotation.
Any required deposit or payment has been received.
Relevant supplier arrangements have been confirmed.

Upon confirmation, Konnect Golf will issue a booking confirmation outlining the agreed services.

Payments

Payment requirements, including any deposits, interim payments, or final balances, will be outlined within your quotation and booking confirmation.

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in the cancellation of services, supplier reservations, or both.

Changes and Amendments

Requests to amend a proposed or confirmed itinerary will be accommodated wherever possible. However, all changes remain subject to supplier availability and may result in additional costs.

Konnect Golf cannot guarantee that requested amendments can be accommodated once supplier arrangements have been confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the policies of individual suppliers, including golf courses, accommodation providers, transport providers, and other travel partners.

Any applicable cancellation charges or supplier fees may be deducted from payments already received.

Clients will be advised of any known supplier cancellation conditions at the time of booking where applicable.

Third-Party Suppliers

Konnect Golf works with a range of trusted third-party suppliers to deliver elements of your travel experience.

While every effort is made to partner with reputable providers, Konnect Golf cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, service failures, delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, travel disruption, personal belongings, and any other risks associated with travel.

Liability

Konnect Golf acts as an organiser and arranger of travel experiences.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konnect Golf shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, travel disruptions, supplier failures, government restrictions, industrial action, or force majeure events.
